👩‍🍳 Prep Cook Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Set up, stock, and maintain your prep station according to guidelines
  • Prepare food following established recipes and plating standards
  • Follow all food safety and handling procedures (always!)
  • Ensure all prepared items meet LuLu’s quality standards
  • Prep food quantities based on expected business levels
  • Properly receive, label, date, rotate, and store all products
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies are low
