Summary: Maintains the overall cleanliness of the restaurant and beach areas.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Maintains the cleanliness of dining and beach areas
  • Removes dishes, utensils, glassware and paper products from tables and dining areas.  Delivers dishes and utensils to dishwasher for cleaning.  Empties food and paper waste to trash
  • Sweeps around and under each table/chair upon guest departure.  Mop when necessary
  • Cleans high chairs and booster seats.  Removes seats from tables when not in use
  • Cleans hand rails and steps on a regular basis.  Ensures areas are free of hazards
  • Empties trash receptacles in dining, break and beach areas
  • Removes trash and debris from beach area on a regular basis
  • Ensures tools (buss tubes, towels, brooms, dust pans, mops, etc) are clean before and after use
  • Maintains the cleanliness of work stations and designated storage areas
