Lucy Buffett's LuLu's is a Fun, Fast Paced, Casual Waterfront family restaurant and bar where Food, Fun, and Music are always a part of our culture.  The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all preparation and cooking equipment, food and beverage service items and tableware.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Adheres to sanitation standards for cleaning products utilized in the kitchen (i.e. sanitizer stations/buckets)
  • Monitors and tests dish machine throughout the shift to ensure proper chemical levels and water temperature
  • Loads, runs and unload dish machine
  • Inspects all dishes after wash to ensure cleanliness
  • Stacks clean dishes to dry and stores in designated areas
